On April 15 Ambassador Richard Norland joined Minister of Education Tamar Sanikidze at a ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the installation of a fire alarm system and donation of furniture and TVs to the School #203 in Tbilisi. The contribution is part of the U.S. government’s effort to improve educational conditions for persons with disabilities and will benefit 163 children with hearing impairment. The goal is to empower all members of Georgian society to realize their full potential and contribute their unique talents to Georgia’s development.
