American Corner Tbilisi hosts local entrepreneurs and DAS Ziff for discussion of business in Georgia (April 5)

Georgian entrepreIMG_0883neurs from various sectors met with one of the State Department’s top Public Affairs officials, Deputy Assistant Secretary Benjamin Ziff. The half-day entrepreneurship meetup at the American Corner Tbilisi began with a video conference with American entrepreneur Bernice Radle, founder of real estate company Buffalove. Next, young entrepreneurs participated in a roundtable discussion with Mr. Ziff about the business environment in Georgia. Students in Batumi, Zugdidi, Telavi and Tserovani participated in the discussion via digital video conference. Then, students from IBSU, TSU and Ilia State Universities joined the meetup and attended a film screening and Q&A about women’s entrepreneurship.
