Brock Bierman discusses much needed COVID-19 response assistance from USAID to Georgia (May 6)
USAID Assistant Administrator Brock Bierman spoke to TV Imedi this week about what USAID is doing to help Georgia better respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. “We are committed to helping the people of Georgia respond to COVID-19. The United States Government will continue to work to support Georgia, their long-term goals, to support their economy, and an even stronger democracy.”
During his interview from Washington D.C., Assistant Administrator Bierman emphasized emergency health assistance, support for public services and education, and preparing for Georgia’s economic recovery.
