CDA Rood meets Women in Science camp participants (October 18)

On October 18, CDA Elizabeth Rood met with participants of the Women in Science (WiSci) STEAM camp to congratulate and encourage them to follow their dreams pursuing science, technology, engineering, arts & design, and mathematics (STEAM) in their higher education and careers.
WiSci Girls’ STEAM Camps provide a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for high school girls from around the world to dive into the STEAM subjects alongside their peers and develop their leadership skills in a unique cross-cultural environment fully funded by the U.S. Department of State.
After the WiSci camps, these accomplished young women joined over 5,000 U.S. Government exchange program alumni from Georgia that are creating positive changes in their country.
