Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor, Kara C. McDonald is visiting Tbilisi until June 13 for meetings with civil society organizations, government officials, and opposition leaders. DAS McDonald will reaffirm the United States’ firm commitment to Georgia’s Euro-Atlantic aspirations and underline that democratic reforms are the way to further them.
