Ambassador Degnan Attends Opening Ceremony for Small Group Home for Children with Severe Disabilities

The Embassy’s Office of Defense Cooperation, through U.S. Army Europe’s Humanitarian Assistance program, handed over a recently built group home for kids with disabilities.  Children with disabilities will benefit from enhanced medical treatment and a supportive home environment thanks to this program, which also complements the Georgian government’s initiative to decentralize sizable orphanages.
