Remembering Vaso Kacharava
It is with great sadness that we learned about the passing of our esteemed friend and partner, Professor Vaso Kacharava.
He was instrumental in establishing American Studies Center at Tbilisi State University, which will continue to educate young Georgian professionals. Through his work, Professor Kacharava dedicated his life to promoting U.S.-Georgian relations and creating lifelong ties between our two countries.
The U.S. Embassy extends heartfelt condolences to Professor Kacharava’s family, friends, and beloved students.
