Have you ever thought about the variety of education and skills first responders need?  High-angle rescue is only one aspect of their work, and because of Georgia’s terrain, it is also a very important one. It is always a pleasure to share our knowledge and experience with Georgia’s Emergency Management Service. Today Ambassador Degnan attended a high-angle rescue in Racha led by Walker County Fire Rescue. Through U.S. Government funding, four more such exercises will be held in the future.
