US Ambassador and USAID’s Director of Caucasus Participate in Georgia’s Annual Donor Coordination Forum (March 24)

On March 24, US Aforummbassador to Georgia Ian Kelly and USAID Director for the Caucasus Douglas Ball participated in the Annual Donor Coordination Forum held in Tbilisi under the chairmanship of Georgia’s Prime Minister.  During his remarks, Ambassador Kelly emphasized US government support for the forum, saying it fosters improved communication and coordination between the Georgian government and its international partners.  Ambassador Kelly also said the United States shares the Georgian government’s commitment to promoting economic growth, human capital development, good governance, and the rule of law, and that the United States remains fully supportive of polices and reforms that advance Georgia’s integration into Euro-Atlantic structures.
